Is this safe and legal?+
BaselineRx works with US-licensed providers and a registered 503A compounding pharmacy, within telehealth regulations. State eligibility is confirmed during your intake, and a provider will decline to prescribe if treatment is not appropriate for you.
What does "compounded" mean, and is it FDA-approved?+
Compounded medications are prepared specifically for you by a licensed pharmacy. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION+
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)
NAD+ is a naturally occurring coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism and may have neuroprotective properties related to aging. Compounded NAD+ may be prescribed as an injection, nasal spray, or sublingual troche.

Before Using NAD+
Tell your healthcare provider if you:
• Are allergic to NAD+ or niacin (Vitamin B3)
• Have a history of liver disease
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding

How to Use
Use NAD+ exactly as directed by your prescriber and pharmacy. Injectable NAD+ is administered subcutaneously as instructed by your healthcare provider. Rotate injection sites and never use medication that appears cloudy, contains particles, or has changed color.

Possible Side Effects
Side effects may include fatigue, headache, flushing, itching, sweating, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, shortness of breath, or injection-site reactions.

Seek medical attention for signs of a serious allergic reaction, severe rash or itching, liver problems, or symptoms of high blood sugar.

Storage
Follow the instructions on your prescription label. Injectable and nasal NAD+ are generally refrigerated at 36–46°F and protected from light. Keep medication away from children and pets.

Important: Compounded NAD+ should only be used under the direction of a qualified healthcare provider. This summary does not replace the instructions or safety information provided by your prescriber or pharmacy.

GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide)
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding peptide studied for its role in tissue repair, collagen production and skin remodeling. Compounded GHK-Cu may be prescribed as a topical preparation or a subcutaneous injection. Human clinical evidence for injectable GHK-Cu is limited, and it has not been shown to treat or prevent any disease.

Do Not Use GHK-Cu If You
• Are allergic to copper, to GHK-Cu, or to any ingredient in your preparation
• Have Wilson’s disease or another disorder of copper metabolism
• Are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
• Are under 18

Before Using GHK-Cu
Tell your healthcare provider if you:
• Have a current or past cancer diagnosis. GHK-Cu promotes tissue remodeling and new blood vessel growth, so its use has not been established as safe in people with active malignancy
• Take copper or zinc supplements, or a copper-chelating medicine such as penicillamine or trientine — these interact with copper balance
• Have liver or kidney problems
• Have eczema, psoriasis, or broken or irritated skin where a topical would be applied
• Take any other medication, supplement or peptide

How to Use
Use GHK-Cu exactly as directed by your prescriber and pharmacy. Apply topical preparations to intact skin only — avoid the eyes, lips, nostrils and any broken skin. For injectable preparations, rotate injection sites, never share needles or syringes, and never use medication that looks cloudy, discolored or contains particles.

Possible Side Effects
Topical use may cause redness, stinging, itching, dryness or peeling at the application site. Injection may cause pain, redness, swelling, bruising or itching at the injection site. Excess copper over time can cause nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting, or a metallic taste.

Stop using GHK-Cu and seek medical attention for signs of a serious allergic reaction (rash, hives, swelling of the face or throat, difficulty breathing), a spreading or worsening skin reaction, or signs of infection at an injection site such as warmth, pus or fever.

Storage
Follow the instructions on your prescription label. GHK-Cu is generally protected from light, and injectable preparations are typically refrigerated at 36–46°F. Keep medication away from children and pets.

Important: Compounded GHK-Cu is not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate its safety, effectiveness or quality. It should only be used under the direction of a qualified healthcare provider. This summary is not complete and does not replace the instructions or safety information provided by your prescriber or pharmacy. Report side effects to your provider and to FDA MedWatch at 1-800-FDA-1088.

Sermorelin (GHRH Analog)
Sermorelin is a synthetic fragment of growth hormone releasing hormone. It signals the pituitary gland to release the body’s own growth hormone, rather than supplying growth hormone directly. Compounded sermorelin is prescribed as a subcutaneous injection, typically at night.

Do Not Use Sermorelin If You
• Have an active cancer, or a history of cancer that has not been cleared by your oncologist. Growth hormone and IGF-1 can promote the growth of some tumors
• Are allergic to sermorelin or any ingredient in your preparation
• Are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
• Are under 18, unless under the care of a pediatric specialist

Before Using Sermorelin
Tell your healthcare provider if you:
• Have diabetes, prediabetes or insulin resistance. Increasing growth hormone can raise blood sugar and reduce insulin sensitivity
• Have an underactive or untreated thyroid — this both blunts the response and needs treating first
• Have a history of pituitary disease, head injury or cranial radiation
• Have carpal tunnel syndrome, joint problems or a tendency to swelling
• Take corticosteroids such as prednisone, thyroid medication, insulin or a diabetes medication, or a somatostatin analog such as octreotide — each can change how sermorelin works

How to Use
Use sermorelin exactly as directed by your prescriber and pharmacy. It is generally injected subcutaneously at bedtime, on an empty stomach, to match the body’s natural overnight release of growth hormone. Rotate injection sites, never share needles or syringes, and never use medication that appears cloudy, discolored or contains particles.

Possible Side Effects
The most common side effects are pain, redness, swelling or itching at the injection site. Others include flushing, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, altered taste, paleness, difficulty swallowing, restlessness or a feeling of tightness in the chest.

Raising growth hormone can also cause fluid retention, swelling of the hands and feet, joint or muscle aches, and numbness or tingling in the hands (carpal tunnel symptoms). Tell your provider if these appear or persist — they usually mean the dose needs revisiting.

Seek medical attention for signs of a serious allergic reaction (rash, hives, swelling of the face or throat, difficulty breathing), symptoms of high blood sugar such as unusual thirst or frequent urination, or persistent swelling, joint pain or hand numbness.

Monitoring
Your provider may check IGF-1 and blood glucose before treatment and periodically during it. Lab work is billed separately and is not included in plan pricing.

Storage
Follow the instructions on your prescription label. Sermorelin is generally refrigerated at 36–46°F and protected from light. Keep medication away from children and pets.

Note for athletes: Growth hormone secretagogues, including sermorelin, are prohibited at all times by the World Anti-Doping Agency and most sporting bodies.

Important: Compounded sermorelin is not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate its safety, effectiveness or quality. It should only be used under the direction of a qualified healthcare provider. This summary is not complete and does not replace the instructions or safety information provided by your prescriber or pharmacy. Report side effects to your provider and to FDA MedWatch at 1-800-FDA-1088.
