The clinicians behind every BaselineRx prescription

BaselineRx is a technology platform, not a medical practice. The care itself comes from Arora Health & Aesthetics, an independent clinical network whose US-licensed providers review every intake, write every prescription and follow up with every patient. Their clinical team designed the menopause hormone-therapy protocol our pages describe.

Arora Health & Aesthetics

Independent clinical network and prescribing partner

Arora Health is a physician-led clinical network with providers licensed in the states where BaselineRx offers care. Its clinicians review each BaselineRx intake, prescribe when treatment is clinically appropriate, and handle the two- and six-week check-ins and the month-three dose review on the hormone program.

Shannon Arora, MD

Chief Medical Officer, Arora Health & Aesthetics

Dr. Arora is a physician whose work spans traditional medicine and proactive wellness care. She began her career as a hospitalist, caring for patients in hospitals and nursing homes, with an early focus on acute care.

That experience led her toward a proactive, personalized approach to health, wellness and longevity. Her practice now centers on advanced wellness therapies, preventive medicine and longevity-focused care, and as Chief Medical Officer she leads Arora Health’s work in regenerative medicine and wellness.

Her clinical team designed the menopause hormone-therapy protocol that BaselineRx patients are treated under: transdermal estradiol as the first-line form, micronized progesterone for women with a uterus, no labs required to start, and a dose review with the prescribing clinician around month three.

How care works on BaselineRx

  1. You complete a private online intakeAbout two minutes: your symptoms, your health history, and anything that would rule a treatment out.
  2. A licensed clinician reviews itAn Arora Health provider licensed in your state reviews your intake, typically within one business day, and decides whether treatment is appropriate and which form and dose fit you.
  3. Your prescription shipsIf you are approved, a licensed US pharmacy fills it and ships it free to your door. If you are not approved, you are not charged.
  4. Follow-up is built inCheck-ins at two and six weeks, a dose review around month three, and a clinician visit whenever one is needed.

Pharmacy partners

Prescriptions are filled and shipped by licensed US pharmacies that are accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy and LegitScript-approved. Our pharmacy partners include The Pharmacy Hub, GoGoMeds and Hallandale Pharmacy.

BaselineRx is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, US-licensed providers; it is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine. Prescriptions are issued only when a licensed provider determines they are clinically appropriate. Availability varies by state.
