—Desire is the first thing the mental load eats
—You tried supplements, wine, scheduling it, waiting
—HRT gave you your sleep back, but not this
—You won’t raise it at a 12-minute checkup
Female desire starts in the brain. Men’s medications fix blood flow. Your problem is wanting, not working, and you know the difference.
The ingredients made for your brain:
01 · BREMELANOTIDE
The desire molecule
Works on the brain’s desire center, the hypothalamus — the circuitry behind wanting, motivation and fantasy. Delivered as a nasal spray.
03 · Nasal FLEX-DOSE
No needles
0.1 ml per spray, clear dosing lets you find the right dose with clinician guidance.
Used only when you want it.
Zero daily commitment. Tadalafil-added variants are available if your provider recommends one.
Physician-prescribed compounded Rx; every patient passes clinician review. Onset and duration reflect published guidance for these actives; individual response varies.
WHAT TO ACTUALLY EXPECT

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION+
Do not take Quattro if you take nitrates.
Nitrates include nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate or dinitrate, and recreational "poppers" (amyl or butyl nitrite). Taking Quattro with a nitrate can cause a sudden, dangerous drop in blood pressure that may be fatal. Because one of Quattro’s ingredients stays in your body for a long time, do not take any nitrate for at least 48 hours after a dose. If you need emergency heart care, tell the treating clinician you have taken Quattro and when.
Do not take Quattro if you:
• take riociguat (Adempas) or another guanylate cyclase stimulator
• take ondansetron (Zofran) or another 5-HT3 antagonist — the combination can cause severe low blood pressure
• have had an allergic reaction to apomorphine, sildenafil, tadalafil or vardenafil
• are under 18, or are a woman
Talk to your provider before taking Quattro if you have heart disease or have had a heart attack, stroke or life-threatening irregular heartbeat in the last 6 months; have uncontrolled high blood pressure or low blood pressure; have chest pain during sex; take an alpha-blocker; take a medication for Parkinson’s disease, nausea or a mental health condition; have liver or kidney problems; have retinitis pigmentosa or have had sudden vision loss from NAION; have sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma or leukemia; have a physical deformity of the penis or have had a prolonged erection before; or have a stomach ulcer or bleeding disorder.
Seek emergency care right away for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes, sudden decrease or loss of hearing, or chest pain, fainting or severe dizziness.
Common side effects include headache, flushing, stuffy or runny nose, indigestion, dizziness, back or muscle aches, and changes in vision such as a blue tinge or sensitivity to light. Nausea, drowsiness and lightheadedness on standing are more common with Quattro than with a standard ED tablet because of the apomorphine component. Do not drive until you know how Quattro affects you. Alcohol makes dizziness and fainting more likely.
Quattro contains three PDE5 inhibitors in one dose. Their effects add together, so side effects may be stronger or last longer than with a single ED medication. Do not take Quattro alongside sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, avanafil or any other ED treatment. Never take more than your provider prescribed. Quattro does not protect against HIV or other sexually transmitted infections.
Important: Quattro is compounded by a registered 503A pharmacy. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate their safety, effectiveness or quality. This information is not complete and is not medical advice. Report side effects to your provider and to FDA MedWatch at 1-800-FDA-1088.
Desira (compounded bremelanotide + oxytocin)
Desira is a compounded sublingual tablet. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate their safety, effectiveness or quality.
Do not use Desira if you:
• are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, or are trying to become pregnant — oxytocin can cause uterine contractions
• are breastfeeding
• have uncontrolled high blood pressure, or known cardiovascular disease
• have had an allergic reaction to bremelanotide or oxytocin
• are under 18
Before using Desira, tell your provider if you have high blood pressure, heart disease or a history of heart attack or stroke; kidney or liver problems; a history of low sodium; depression or another mental health condition; or if you take naltrexone by mouth — bremelanotide slows stomach emptying and can reduce how well oral naltrexone works. Tell your provider about every medication and supplement you take.
Possible side effects. Nausea is the most common, and can be significant; it is usually worst with the first dose. Others include vomiting, flushing, headache, dizziness, tiredness and a temporary rise in blood pressure with a temporary fall in heart rate after a dose. Darkening of the skin, gums or face can occur and may not fully reverse; it is more likely with frequent use, which is why dosing is limited.
Do not use more than one dose in 24 hours, or more than 8 doses in a month, unless your provider directs otherwise.
Seek medical attention for signs of a serious allergic reaction (rash, hives, swelling of the face or throat, difficulty breathing), chest pain, severe or persistent headache, fainting, or confusion.
Desira does not protect against HIV or other sexually transmitted infections. This information is not complete and is not medical advice. Talk to your provider about any question regarding your health or medication, and report side effects to your provider and to FDA MedWatch at 1-800-FDA-1088.
